Harvesting & Haulage Qualifications
The sector covers activities ranging from constructing roads and log-landings and plant and equipment operation to harvesting trees, stump removal and segregating or sorting logs.
There are two qualifications in this sector:
- FPI20205 Certificate II in Harvesting and Haulage
- FPI30205 Certificate III in Harvesting and Haulage
These qualifications lead to the FPI40105 Certificate IV in Forest Operations that covers both supervisory responsibilities and technical skills in areas including; fire control, harvesting operations, machinery and equipment.
